Volgens berigte in die pers het baie tuisleerders probleme ervaar met die NSS (Nasionale Senior Sertifikaat) of Graad 12 eksamen van 2012. “Van die leerlinge se ouers is baie bekommerd dat die gesloer ’n negatiewe uitwerking op hul kinders se studie- en werkmoontlikhede kan hê.”. Dit laat tuisskoolouers wonder of hulle eerder hulle kinders na ’n skool toe moet stuur vir Gr.10 – 12, of dat hulle dalk ’n alternatiewe matriek...
