Join Koa Academy for our virtual Creative Writing Workshop, with an all-star lineup of guest speakers including international best-selling author, Lauren Beukes, the creative genius behind Madam & Eve, Stephen Francis, singer-songwriter, Majozi, and award-winning playwright, Gabriella Pinto and more! ✍🏽
The 3-day workshop will be free and open to all South African learners in Grades 8-11 from 30 November to 4 December. Each day will run from 8 am -12 pm (the full prorgamme can be viewed on our website).
The aim is to inspire learners, give them insight into different aspects of the writing industry, and equip them with practical skills to improve their writing.
We are also excited to announce the first-ever Koa Blog writing competition as part of this workshop.
