Presteer tot 15% beter in jou studies

Die behoefte aan beter onderrigmetodes is groter as ooit en opvoedkundige video’s speel ’n al groter rol. Leerders wat van video gebruik maak om te studeer, presteer gemiddeld 15% beter as hulle klasmaat.

Solidariteit Helpende Hand het ’n steekproef gedoen onder graad 4 tot 7 leerders om te sien wat die beste onderrigmetode is. Die klas is in twee gedeel en die een groep het van video gebruik gemaak en die ander het die werk in gedrukte formaat gebruik. Die kinders wat van video gebruik maak om te leer, gemiddeld 15% beter vaar as hulle klasmaats.

’n Leerder wat van video’s gebruik maak om te leer, presteer aansienlik beter indien hulle dieselfde tyd aan leerwerk spandeer. Leerders wat die video’s gekyk het, kon ook meer besonderhede oor die onderwerp onthou.

Om aan hierdie behoeftes vir hoë kwaliteit video’s te voldoen het Helpende Hand se Skoleondersteuningsentrum (SOS) met die Wolkskool vorendag gekom.

Die Wolkskool is ’n aanlyn platform gee aan Helpende Hand-ondersteuners toegang tot opvoedkunde video’s wat 24-uur per dag beskikbaar is. Die video’s, wat saamgestel is deur van die land se beste onderwysers, maak gebruik van die nuutste tegnologie en is beskikbaar op www.wolkskool.co.za enige tyd van die dag.

Daar is ook ’n spesiale aanlynwinkel waar werkkaarte, vraestelle met memorandums en ander hulpmiddels teen ’n fraksie van die prys verkoop word. En as dit nie genoeg is om jou te oortuig nie, kry kinders nou ook toegang tot ’n wiskunde-kenner wat hulle 24-uur ’n dag kan bystaan met moeilike vrae.

Helpende Hand-ondersteuners kry gratis toegang tot die Ons Skool-kanaal en mense wat nog nie ondersteuners is nie, kan aansluit vir R50 of meer per maand.
Om toegang tot die Wolkskool te kry, SMS die woord “WOLK” na 39950 en sluit aan as ’n Helpende Hand-ondersteuner. SMS kos R2.
